About
DOM&NIC are the directing duo behind some of the most visually groundbreaking music videos and commercials of the past three decades. Meeting as film-obsessed teenagers, they turned their passion into a career, using music videos as their film school before expanding into commercials and longer form storytelling. Long-time collaborator and producer John Madsen completes the trio, helping to bring their visionary ideas to life. They have a uniquely varied body of work telling stories with tonal and emotional breadth and a strong drive for visual innovation.
Known for their cinematic style and pioneering use of CGI and virtual production, they have crafted entire worlds and unforgettable characters for brands like Nike, Audi, Ikea and HSBC, as well as iconic artists like The Chemical Brothers, David Bowie, and Oasis. Much of their work seamlessly blends live-action with cutting-edge visual effects, pushing the boundaries of storytelling and technology but they are equally happy to leave the VFX aside and focus on human performance as well. Their work is always striking, emotionally resonant and unmistakably theirs, and continues to prove that technology isn’t just about spectacle - it’s about bringing stories to life in ways we’ve never seen before
